Copernicus Project can be integrated with most of the market’s ERP and Payroll systems.

ERP System

Integration with the ERP-system works in two ways, which is import and export. It can import costs that should be entered for the project, for example supplier invoices or journal vouchers. It can also export invoice entries to the ERP system, with the adherent coding. The integration can even export other coding, e.g. evaluation of work in progress or internal charging.

HR and Payroll Systems

Integration with the HR and Payroll System sends discrepancies for reported time, that is absence and overtime for monthly salaried personnel and time worked for personnel paid by the hour. There is also an interface for exporting travel claims and outlays.

CRM System

Integration with the CRM System means you can import project plans to Copernicus Project. Practical when a prospect becomes a project.

Register

Integration can import register data from ERP, Salary for a CRM system, e.g. code plans, customer register or co-worker register. It can also export register data to other systems from the project register.
